It's hard to know where to begin, but I'll start with the pool. It was closed for maintenance. I feel we should have been warned ahead of time so we could cancel if we wanted. We were told we could use the pool at the hotel next door, which frankly was no consolation at all. It was windy and cold, and no one wants to walk in that while being wet from swimming in a pool. Let alone trying to share a pool with the guests of another hotel. The front door is automatic, and you have to practically dance a jig to get the thing to open, you could walk straight into the thing and it wouldn't open. They turn off the mini fridges between guests and it took hours for it to get cold. There is exactly one microwave for the entire hotel, and they lock up the room it's in at night, so you have to get an employee to let you in. The elecators stank something awful, and one stopped working while we were there. They have a ton of signage about quiet hours being after ten and yet drunk people kept us up until 2:30 in the morning screaming. When we complained in the morning, they told us that they were aware and that security had been up there, which is all well and good but obviously it didn't help. To be brutally honest, my three star rating is EXTREMELY generous and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It only gets three stars because most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, and all of the problems were relatively small, they just added up fast.

The staff was very friendly. The room had a great view. Our dinner at the newly opened restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced.

The front desk staff were amazing. They were always smiling and welcoming.

Awesome clean room in a fantastic location with perfect views. Older than some others but well maintained. Has everything you need and nothing you don't at a super price.

Great location. Only issues was that beds were hard with noisy foundations.

Hotel staff when checking in was very friendly, hotel room was outdated and dirty, bed was not comfortable, the location is great! No continental breakfast and the restaurant connected to hotel is awe full

Not bad for the price as long as you don’t plan to spend much time in room. Once arrived and getting settled tv didn’t work, outlets didn’t work at first, went to take shower water was scolding hot, thought I booked a room with 2 queen size beds, beds were tad bigger than a twin, needed to get a roll away bed. Staff is very friendly, reasonably priced, great view!!!
