A well-located hotel. Modern. And refined. Large spacious room. Well-equipped. Only downside. Valet parking is quite expensive. But the service is impeccable.

I love Kevin, Darren, I am sorry I forgot the other man’s name n the lady in the evening for the front door service. Best services ever by them. The front man Jeff was rude and not polite. He needs better customer service . I check in Wednesday yes a bit early. I wait until 2:00 ask him by any chance was room avail. He said Weill you did come early so just wait we will text you. I sat in the lobby waiting . Around 2:30 pm people came in to check in and check them all in to get there room and I was like wait a min he never came to get me or text me. So I went up there and he was like I’m so sorry I check them in and I was going to come get you. I will never stay there again cause of him rude rude rude he needs customer service class.

Hotel was lovely, and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool was a nice treat! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint… put coffee makers in the room or serve complimentary coffee in the lobby!! The whole coffee thing in the am is stingy!

The stay was generally good. A concern was the air conditioning. The room seemed always to be humid. I couldn’t get that stale sticky feeling out of the room.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at, which makes no sense because it’s so beautiful if I was the owner of this hotel, I would fire the entire staff I don’t understand why you hire people at a hotel to have an ego or to be rude

Overall a great experience. Only negative I could say was that they only gave us $15 worth of dining credit when the reservation said we had $30 and I think we were overcharged on the food quite a bit. But the place was very nice and the staff was super friendly.

Clean and very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great shower. The only con was the mini fridge wasn’t cooling properly.

I had to wait 45 minutes for valet to bring my car. They did take the valet fee off after I complained but that did change the stress of being late to the event for which I was in town. There were hidden charges that were applied during check in. Just include it in the cost of the room. It is extremely annoying to have additional cost added. You feel like you're being pickpocketed. Which once again kills the mood, especially if you are on vacation!!!!

Nopsi was a nice hotel with clean rooms and large bathrooms. We did feel a little farther from the French Quarter and other areas than anticipated. We didn't find much in the surrounding area and typically walked 15-20 minutes to most locations.
We were disappointed in the resort fee while things like yoga were cancelled until further notice. The rooftop bar was only open for limited hours.
While we enjoyed our stay we will probably seek another location with our next visit to NOLA.

I looked at many hotels before picking this one. The rooms were extremely nice, the gym was perfect for a quick workout, Paul from the bar made excellent drinks and was very fun to talk with. Walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. Quiet at night. Pool and rooftop bar are awesome. Doorman with the beard, didn’t get his name, super friendly! I would definitely stay here again.

Property has great space and ambience. Hotel staff was great. Security at the elevator was a pleasant surprise. Hotel bartenders were very nice and friendly. I would definitely return for another visit.

This hotel was hands down the best experience ever! The staff is what makes this hotel so special. The service, friendliness, helpfulness, "extra mile" attitude is so genuine. Its home! It is ideally located to Canal street, French Quarter, streetcars, parades, restaurants and shopping. And always a smiling doorman/woman to welcome you back at the end of the day.

Excellent property location, walking distance to uptown and downtown. Above average lobby design. Disappointing front desk check-in experience. We waited a full 4 minutes to see a staff coming out to assist with our check in. No housekeeping service that following day, then suddenly we had our bed made the day after. Not sure what to expect.

The toilet was running the entire time. Had water around the base of the toilet. Toilet would not flush properly. Called front desk twice both times said they were sending someone never did.

While the NOPSI is a nice property in a good location, the service and amenities are marginal at best. From a truly inedible breakfast in the restaurant to the doormen literally never opening the door, the lack of customer service was remarkable.
