The front desk was friendly & helpful. The room was spotless with quality bed linens & towels. We didn’t eat breakfast at hotel because beignets were a priority. The location was perfect for walking everywhere or taking the streetcar to destinations. The $44 for valet parking was steep but probably equal to other hotels.

The check in was very friendly and quick the room was very good, clean the bed was very comfortable and sleep well. The breakfast in the morning had a selection of cold or hot food very good. Only two blocks away from bourbon street good location.

Valet parking $44 day with in/out access. Bed was fairly comfortable. Pillows were a bit on the thinner side. Overall comfortable room. Staff were friendly. Excellent location for walking distance to the city.

Parking for check in was hard. There are a few spaces in front for valet. Valet parking worked great once you could park there. The hotel is clean, breakfast was good. Pull out bed was comfortable.

Everything was great the rooms were nice & clean. The service was great. The only thing that bothered me was the air conditioning was really loud, whenever it’s comes on it’s really loud. Other than that everything else was awesome.

Stayed here when we returned from out cruise. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating as we arrived there at 9:00 a.m, so they took our bags and our number and called when they had a room clean for us to check in

The location was great. The bed was not comfortable and sagged to the middle. The pillows were poor and need replacing. We are heading home with bad backs!

I love staying at the Hampton in Carondelet bc it’s close to everything and they offer free breakfast. However, on this busy, the free breakfast was less than desirable. The eggs were watery-tasting. We only had grits/oatmeal 1 out of 3 days of my visit. The never gave bacon as an option, just tasteless sausage patties and links.

My cousins and I went to New Orleans to celebrate Mardi Gras and stayed here. The rooms are very spacious, it was a nice hotel with comfortable beds, and the free breakfast was great! Also, it's right in the middle of all the action near Canal Street and Bourbon Street. Highly recommend.

Location is great, walking distance to convenient stores if needed. Close to street car access, if needed. There is a bakery/cafe 5 steps away from the hotel entrance (vegan friendly).
I like the size of the 2 queen bed suite, great for a family or you and your bestie! Staff at the front were nice.
The main con for me was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. There was black mold in and around the shower. I was able to contact the front desk to let them know, the housekeeper tried her best with instructions from her supervisor. Long story short, we weren’t able to switch rooms of the same caliber (suite) due to no availability.
Due to cleanliness I would not stay there again.

The location was great and walkable to the major streets (canal st, bourbon st), French quarter and restaurants. The hotel room could use some renovations especially in the bathroom.

We loved our stay, but the front desk staff checking me in were worried about gossiping about the guest before me. The breakfast was not what the pictures showed. We wanted bacon at least. The guys at the door were amazing like the people at the desk when we left. Wish they had been there when we checked in. Loved the Hotel. So happy about how convenient it was to everything we wanted to do!!

1. Walkable, convenient location near the French quarter
2. The room could have been a little more upscale. Our king needed an oversized chair with a small table.
3. Parking is convenient, but expensive ....$50/day for unlimited in/out access.
4. Our room was dark. The hotel only used low-wattage bulbs, and the interior lighting was very dim.

We were guests for 3 days. Bed was made on arrival but no towels in bathroom. Called they came up quickly next 2 days room was never made had to call again for towels old towels still on the floor from out first nights stay. This has never happened before and we travel a lot. Wi fi connection poor Breakfasts were very good

This was a great property that also included breakfast. Very walkable to Bourbon Street, the French Market, and the street car stops that also took us to Frenchman Street.

Very convenient to everything, the parking garage was full when we arrived but there was very convenient public parking a block over. Great staff and an amazing hot breakfast!! We really enjoyed our stay!!

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very well kept. They serve breakfast every morning from 7am-10am. Also, this location is very convenient to everything. No vehicle needed. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms where spacious and comfortable beds. Their staff was extremely friendly and so accommodating, from the doorman to the janitorial staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was in need of refurbishment. Bed box screen squeaked every time we moved. Carpet filthy. Bathroom needs updating. Appeared dirty. Closet was filthy.
