Cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this gem of a home… be willing to lean into the charm of this old house and you will love every minute of your visit. The home is gorgeous, the beds super comfy, and the location is gold. A quick walk and we were at the Fulton market; a short drive and we were able to enjoy downtown Grand Rapids and the unexpected bonus of experiencing the ArtPrize Festival. The host was so responsive and accommodating, it made for an awesome birthday celebration. May Ling, thanks for putting so much love into your home and sharing it with us :)

Came for a concert. It was great to have our group together! Very clean property with very accommodating host. Don’t forget to have breakfast at Wolfgangs.

Came into town for Upheaval Festival and this was a great spot to stay! Owners are as nice and helpful as can be. Within walking distance to so many great businesses and shops. House is very clean and well maintained, owners are doing a great job restoring it to original glory.

We enjoyed our tournament weekend getaway in this beautiful home!! Super clean with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had at any rental! Impressive, we loved all the antique decor and beautiful artwork!! Conveniently located to the Devos center and grocery stores! The Michigan Cherry Coffee was perfect! Thank you May, definitely love to come back another year!

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was super responsive. We happened to visit on an unusually hot week. The owner just installed AC in the home so it took some communication back and forth to get the AC to be efficient for sleeping but they were responsive, eager to learn how the new AC was performing and great to work with.

Quick trip to Grand Rapids with some girlfriends. The house is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants. The house was perfect for us. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. Would definitely stay again.

The four of us old friends very much enjoyed our stay. With all of us being older and some with health issues, we think a non-slip shower mat, shower hand rails and stair banister would be helpful additions for those from our demographic. Otherwise, the accommodations were everything we needed ---- and totally consistent with the owners' representations.

It was an older house but it was very clean and felt like home.

We had a lovely stay at this house. Room for everyone and close to Calvin University. We all came to celebrate our daughter's graduation!! House was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Only a few downsides (that are unavoidable) it is located on a very busy street(lot of road noise) and only one bathroom for 6 adults 😉. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Me and some friends came here for New Year’s Eve and the house was great I liked the old school vibes the house gave off, plenty of space for comfort and sleep. 10/10 would go back

The listing is accurate in that it is a older home that needs some work done on it. So if you go into it knowing this you won't be disappointed. May stella was great and answered promptly. The house was clean and has tons of character. Perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering.
