The hotel is very modern and the staff us friendly. The rooms are very clean and I love the doorbells at each door.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about the hotel. I will definitely come back.

Clean& modern. Nice wood floors beautiful bathroom, nice paintings. Comfortable space. Nice hotel over all. Well kept, please keep it up

PARKING. Wish there was valet or parking in the back of hotel👍🏽

It was very inviting and comfortable and I had a nice relaxing environment.

Parking was a Challenge.  But I like the fact that they had underground parking. 

Amenities, spacious bathroom and lighting, decor in room and bathroom; bathrobes, sealed extra blankets, extra glasses, adequate charging areas, room temperature, lovely atmosphere and great restaurant. Additionally, the location was great… walking distance to restaurants, shops and the lake. Tops: staff!

Needed a microwave.

nothing was as advertised, food at restaurant in hotel was way overpriced for taste and no snacks or ice available at hotel , parking disaster and no valet, no entertainment like either movies to rent or a dvd player, no breakfast in morning in lobby , mini fridge was empty and was advertised as going to be a stocked mini bar with snacks available for purchase loud banging kept us up all night

Lovely Hotel extremely friendly and funny staff very helpful.

Surrounding area a little dangerous best not to rent a car best to Uber or taxi.

the record player in the room was a bit janky. Wish there were nicer restaurants near by (there were restaurants but super casual ones) also the hotel restaurants isn’t always open
