Wonderful property located close enough to everything. Perfect size for a family of four- very cozy and had all the amenities one would need for a short stay in Florence. Simona, the host was amazing. So welcoming and responsive when we needed any assistance.

Apartment has a great location and clean and comfortable accommodations. Simona was great to work with during our stay and helped with arranging transportation for our group. Would definitely stay here again if in Florence.

For a family of four, this was a lovely apartment in an ideal location for our visit. The apartment was clean, tidy and well-organized with everything that we needed. The sitting room provided additional space for some privacy from the rest of the group, when desired, and the patio, too. The summer heat and mosquitoes kept us from lingering in the outdoors, but the owner did her best to provide repellants. (Sadly, two of us were just too tempting to the bugs.) The washing machine was a blessing for a family of travelers and the owner has provided substantial clothing lines for drying. Before booking, several people commented on the separate collection for the electrical use. I'll add here that the collection was extremely reasonable and should not dissuade anyone from committing. Lastly, the owner was extremely accessible to us when we had questions which is always appreciated.

Gorgeous and comfortable apartment for 2 adults and 2 teens. The location on a quiet street just minutes from Santa Croce was perfect for exploring Florence. Air conditioning worked very well during a hot July stay. Simona's recommendations for restaurants etc. were excellent and much appreciated, as was her arranging a taxi for us on our departure. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment or to book this again for our family.

I know Florence very well - worked in the Fashion Industry for 20 years and visited a few times a year on business. So, I knew the location that I wanted which was near the Piazza Della Signoria and Sante Croce. This beautiful apartment, meticulously maintained by the owner, was the perfect, most convenient location. Florence is a small walking city but I feel that this area of the city is my favorite. Except, of course, if you were on the Arno overlooking the Ponte Vecchio! The apartment was spacious, and filled with light, and the doors open to a large terrace, and the terrace faces an old stone church on a small street, the Via Vinegia. The master bedroom and the kitchen and dining room face out, and get lots of light, and the smaller bedroom and living room face the courtyard. The photos of the apartment on the website look exactly like the apartment, which is clean and comfortably furnished. The large dining room table was great! The bathroom is very nice and brand new. Beds were very comfortable, the WIFI worked very well, and we did not have any complaints. We did not cook in the kitchen as this was a girl's trip, not a family trip. However, I think this apartment would be perfect for my family of 4. We did day trips to Venice and Cinque Terre while we were there enjoying 7 days of perfect sunshine and blue skies and 70 degree weather in April 2016. I would gladly stay there again, and my friend and I both loved the apartment, and the nice way we treated by the owner, Simona. She is there to help and was kind and gracious.

Lovely spacious apartment. Family of four including two teenage sons fit comfortably. Apartment was stocked with everything that was needed in the kitchen and bathroom and the whole space was super clean. Location was walking distance to all museums and attractions. Simona was an excellent host and met us upon arrival and arranged convenient departure even when we changed our plans.
