Soundproofing and smell

Hi to all! Stayed in this hotel and it was terrible. first of all, when we arrived, there was no one in the hotel, we did not find a security guard or a receptionist. We wrote, apparently, to the hotel manager, who said that someone should be in the hotel, but the security guard showed up after more than 2 hours and didn't even apologize. He doesn't speak English and it was very difficult. The room is very small. It was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The ventilation is very noisy. The receptionist did not apologize the next day either, and no one offered us a discount or any gift as an apology, which was outrageous, because the price for the room is not cheap. The room was also not cleaned in 6 days, we took out the trash ourselves. There was only one blanket, the guard brought another one, but without a duvet cover. You can not say about tea and coffee in the room, no one offered it. There was no drinking water. There were no slippers. The door to the toilet is transparent. In general, I do not recommend. The only one who worked well and tried - the guard. The rating on the booking is not justified.

My stay at Sakine Hanım Mansion was a majestic experience, transporting me to a bygone era of Istanbul's rich history.

The sheer elegance and grandeur of the mansion was simply breathtaking, evoking a sense of regality and sophistication.

The number of pillows in the bedroom was missing. They provided it shortly after we said it..

Sakine Mansion has provided me with an excellent accommodation experience with historical traces, cleanliness and at the same time all its staff. Thank you.

I stayed there for 4 nights. There is kettle, coffe and tea set ups in the room. My trip was for business and i would like to take my family for leisure and stay in this beautiful mansion.

Comfy stay at a historical place. Loved the feeling of 19th century. It is well kept. Location is so nice. I was able to find all my needs near by. Very clean hotel. Staff is nice. Special thanks to receptionist.

The location was convenient, the home was comfortable and well-maintained, and the outdoor space was a wonderful bonus. I had a great stay and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.
