Really clean, easy access, quite and beautiful

Very quiet despite the central location in Uvita. The kids (3 and 5) loved the pool. Location felt safe and managable for a family.
The pool could do with some shade in the morning. In the afternoon it was ok.

The unit and the pool were immaculate. David and Scarlet, the owners, were welcoming and friendly, and they filled us in on things to do. David suggested restaurants and places to get supplies for the kitchen and brought over fresh fruit.
They even called a doctor to make a house call after I got sunstroke due to dehydration after a long beach walk in the midday sun. We have recommended Casa Uvita Bay to other travelers we've met in Costa Rica.

Casa Uvita Bay is a real gem and phenomenal value for the money. The property has been recently renovated, so it is very fresh, clean and modern. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen area well equipped. The mattresses are new and really comfortable. THere's a nice small pool to hang and relax. The property is walkable to the gorgeous beach and many restaurants and shops. A 10 out of 10, without a doubt.

The room was great. The owner clearly invested in high-quality materials. The room is spacious and the kitchen is well-stocked. If you're staying for more than a few days and want to do your own cooking, this is a great choice.
The main annoyance was the gate. The door wasn't working, so each time we left we had to deal with the car gate, which was heavy and easily got stuck on the gravel. Also, visitors should be aware this is nothing like a hotel and much closer to a house rental. There are three rooms plus presumably the owner's house. The owners never introduced themselves and it wasn't really clear if guests were welcome to approach the main house with questions or emergencies.

Diese sind wirklich groß sind auch der Pool ist angenehm
Der Parkplatz ist privat und sicher, die Lage ist sehr ruhig
Es gibt auch einen Wäscheservice vor Ort gegen Aufpreis
Die Gastgeber haben uns gute Tipps gegeben für die Gegend, haben gleich beide Restaurants dann probiert ☺️
Die Anfahrt ist etwas holprig, aber auf alle Fälle machbar
Ein Föhn wäre noch toll in der Unterkunft :)

We liked everything about Casa Uvita Bay. It's very well located, at walking distance from Bahia's activities and businesses. The room and pool were great. And on the top of that David and Escarlet were very helpful and friendly!

The property is only a few months old, everything is new and well built. Great kitchen appliances (fridge, stovetop, toaseter, coffee machine, microwave, mixer - all from known brands), AC, Mosquito nets on all windows, nice pool etc.
The couple owning the place is also very friendly and always around if you need something. They brought us some special foods to try :)
Really no complaints and the only reason it may not he ranked higher is because its a new property.
Really nothing to complain.
