Gute Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Hell und großzügig.

Die Reinigung der Wohnung war mangelhaft bis schlecht. Offensichtlich waren die Haare und unechten Wimpern der Vorgänger sehr wichtig und wurden daher nicht entfernt. Die Vermietung erfolgt aus Frankreich und bis zum heutigen Tag ist keinem aufgefallen, dass der 3. Gast sich über den TG-Parkplatz beschwert hat…. Sehr große Unprofessionalität

Nous n'avons aucun contact direct avec personne, juste des mails (en anglais uniquement). Tout ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de l'appartement est par vidéo, et certaines sont obsolètes (la télévision ne fonctionne pas du tout comme expliqué sur la vidéo déjà ancienne, nous avons dû "bidouiller" pour la mettre en route). Plus embêtant, le bip du parking avait disparu. Nous avons posé la question et reçu un mail d'excuse, mais personne n'est venu nous apporter un autre bip. Nous avons dû nous tracasser avec le parcmètre dans la rue. L'établissement propose de nous rembourser, j'ai passé un temps fou à récupérer et envoyer tous les justificatifs, et deux semaines après, toujours aucun remboursement.

Appartement neuf, équipement moderne, décoré avec le gout.

La deuxième fois consécutive que je réserve avec ce gestionnaire qui n'est pas du tout professionnel. Malheureusement, il est impossible voir qui gère le logement avant d'avoir effectué la réservation, suggestion pour BOOKING, afficher le nom de la société. Seconde fois que je rencontre le problème d'accès au garage. Bien qu’ARCA annonce la place de parking privé et sécurisé dans l'immeuble, il ne fournit pas de télécommande qui donne accès. J'ai signalé directement à mon arrivée qu'il est impératif pour moi avoir accès au garage. Pendant tout séjour, la télécommande ne m'avait pas été fourni, j'étais obligée stationner dans la rue et en partant ce matin, j'ai constaté les dégâts sur ma voiture. ARCA essaye se décharger de toute responsabilité en me disant que je ne devais pas me garer dans la rue !!! ABERRANT, si j'avais eu ma place sécurisée dans le garage, je n'avais jamais eu les dégâts !!! Il s'agit à nouveau de la négligence et je m'en fouttisme de cette société de gestion. J'ai déposé plainte sur BOOKING, je suis allée également déposer plainte à la police luxembourgeoise et je contacterai mon assurance qui chargera certainement ARCA de payer les dégâts. Je déconseille à tout le monde réservé avec eux, manque de professionnalisme total, ils encaissent l'argent, répondent rapidement, mais ne règlent pas des problèmes, ils le créent ! FUYEZ

The location was good for me, not crowded or noisy Away from the downtown and the crowds I like to rent apartments as there is kitchenette- microwave etc. i like to make my own breakfast and be able to heat my food. I like to have a living space not just bedroom. So the unit served me well. The self check in was excellent.

Unfortunately, the company did not check the unit prior to my arrival there were several issue that could have been managed better 1- The bed was broken (the metal - wood bed frame was not in good condition) so the mattress was extremely uncomfortable If they checked the Unit before my arrival (while they are cleaning the unit before renting it), they should have found that and fix it I have reported the problem immediately when i arrived. Unfortunately, i have to sleep 2 out of 3 night on it. They did not fix it immediately which was not convenient at all However, they offered me to use another unit in the second night. But it was not convenient as it did not have parking and it was for 1 night (i have to take all my luggage back and forth during my 3 night total stay). It was just a waste of my time to go back and forth while i was on vacation and i already have plans and i don't have the time to do this. 2- No spare garage remote?! I booked this unit as it has a parking included in the rent. Again, the manager did not make sure that the garage remote was in the unit So i dodged not use the garage. They should have a spare garage remote. 3- They should provide enough shower gel, shampoo etc. The amount they provided was not enough and they would not provide more. 4- Toilet cleaning product As the unit does not have daily cleaning service, they should provide toilet cleaning products (lysol gel or any similar products) 5- communication & compensation The managing co answered my phone calls (very good attitude and professional) but they could not solve the issue at prompt time or give convenient option for some one on vacation for short time. They should offer better options and compensation. This feedback is to improve their service. The Unit it self has lots of potential and will attract people who prefer quiet places and traveling by car.

Op een mooi rustige locatie in Luxemburg, alles aanwezig wat je nodig bent. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

The appartment is very nice, new and clean.

The location is quite far from the center, but apart from that it is GREAT.
