The size of the room
we walked into the room and the sink was blocked. They never fixed it although we asked them many times to do so. The safety box was not working. we were given a small size room than we had reserved.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. especially Bouchra from the reception who went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech and looking for the Marrakechi spirit.

Not much, but still:
* The front desk employees (reception) try to do their job well. However, company rules and superiors seem to give them a hard time in providing service to the guests.
* The bedsheets were clean and the bed slept well.
Don't go here! Be careful!
* At booking.com you book with breakfast included. Later at the hotel they say breakfast is not included.
* They do not allow you to stay OR they force you to book an extra room if your travel partner does not have a European passport. Technically, moroccan rules do not allow someone with a Moroccan passport to stay in the same room when travel / business partners are not married. THIS IS NOT STATED ON BOOKING, SO DO NOT BELIEVE IT. We spent a whole day and evening arguing, travelling to pick up the second passport, calling booking.com etc.
* The pool is under construction so it cannot be used and the view is not as stated (i.e. construction fences)
* The food (beef tajine) was overcooked, so we could not eat it with bread and our hands.
* The prices on the menu differ from the prices charged. THIS IS NOT ALLOWED!
* Used soap was found on the floor of the bathroom when entering the room; bathroom showed signs of previous use.
Bad experience; will never go here again. I'm sorry.

The place weas peacful and quiet. They had alot of swimming pools of different sections which were nice. Some of the staff were really nice and made you feel welcome. They managed to change our room as the telephone line was completely dead.
Some of the staff attitude has to change, its like askijg them questions or for help about a taxi is a burdern. I udnerstand arabic and french is the main 2 languages, but in any hotel where tourists are you need staff to be speaking english as well. The room never had an iron or kettle basic kind of things like these. The pictures you see of the room are way different in real life.

The staff at the hotel is very nice and welcoming. The manager was very helpful and down-to-earth. I wanted to change my room and there were no other choices left. However, he was very attentive and considerate. They offered alternative solutions that satisfy everyone. There was a woman with a child crying, he approached the receptionists and asked them to make her get her toom first. That was very nice and humanitarian. My friend got stuck outside of her room at 3 am because the key did not work. The receptionist stayed with her and helped her out until she got to the room. They offered free drinks while we were waiting for our rooms to be free. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the people working in it. They are nice, friendly, and professional.

During my recent trip to Marrakech I chose to stay at Zephyr and it was a great decision. I found everything to be even better than I had expected, it was clean and well appointed. I found the staff, particularly Yassine, to be professional and attentive, always quick to answer my questions or provide me with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone coming to the area. Thank you Zephyr, Yassine and everyone for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to returning soon.

I liked where this hotel is located and the apartment was just in front of the pool which was awesome.
The staff is not professional at all. They are not kind and look like they don't know what they are doing. We arrived at the apartment and it didn't have any towels. We've waited for hours to receive them after calling them back about 2 times. The breakfast is very bad quality fot its price. The people who work in the cafeteria are not kind and very disrespectful. When you ask them about something, they make you feel like you have to beg them for it. Bad quality food. I regret eating in there. I will appreciate it if the staff was at least friendly and had a sense of urgency. I don't think I will go back to this hotel again unfortunatly.

I liked my stay at this hotel, the staff is very nice and helpful especially Ms Mouna who’s the accommodation manager at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice and varied. the rooms were clean and when we needed anything the staff got it for us ASAP. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was cozy, really good for relaxing or focusing on work if you have any, would always recommend.
Though the hotel is great, the wifi was mediocre not a very good signal and speed, breakfast food was also not that exceptional.
