I booked for a business class room. Unfortunately I stayed in a room where there is no refrigerator, no king size bed. The security staff were very cooperative. Especially Mr. Sreevalsam was very helpful for me to wash my car on my request and also is very obedient guy.

Nice Hotel for family, situated in good location-restaurants and market place near by.
Gym, Swimming pool not yet ready, it will take time - another 3-4 months.

This is a very basic business Hotel.
Cordial and helpful staff, spacious room.
Rooms were not soundproof
Noises from corridor and adjacent rooms was very disturbing

The hotel had ample parking place with valet services. The staff were helpful and courteous. The food was very good. The room cleanliness was good.
When I arrived in my room, the foirst thing that I do is to check the cleanliness of the bathroom and whether all the toiletries are present. To my dismay, I found an opened sachet of coconut oil near the sink. The rest was good. I also did not find a mini ref in the room.

The management wasn’t very accommodating. when we checked in, even though we were married they asked us for a marriage license, how does it bother them if we are married or not. if the clause was given before i wouldn’t have even booked the room. so couple beware. the room that we got opened to a lawn which had a drinking party going on until late night. when we opened the curtains in the morning, there were still bottles from the late night. They were not even able to clear that, but when we didn’t have a marriage license they were like we will chuck you guys out. thank god we had our wedding invite on our phones. such or irresponsible people. i would have rather stayed at zone than here.
