The location is excellent and the staff are friendly and flexible. They cater to all your reasonable requests. There are open areas for work and play which is great. They have a small common kitchenette (no stove) and cutlery so you can prepare your own food if you like.

The amnesties such as tea and coffee were not available. Also, there are squirrels or rats in the roofs which sometimes come out or run around in the roof which can be quite disturbing if you have a pet peeve. I believe this issue is only for the upstairs rooms. And there are a lot of mosquitos. Even with everything closed, some can get in so it's advised to bring mosquito repellent of any kind.

Back door is not lock properly. We were locked out from the bathroom. I had to do the repair.

This place had very poor management and exhibited racist behaviour. They demanded payment upfront after seeing the guests and kept hold of their ID cards until complete payment was made. First time we've had such a bad experience on this site.
