It was clean, the ambiance is so inviting and comfortable,staff were friendly and helpful. The location is so accessible to everything. We only book Fairfield when we travel to St. Johns, it is our go to hotel.

Great check in staff, very accommodating
Very minimal trivial things, nothing large to be disliked, overall the stay was great! In comparison to other hotels in the area it lacked adequate sized pillows, ours were flat.

The rest of the hotel was very clean and staff was all very friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean, good amenities with microwave and coffee maker in room as well as bar fridge.
Pool is very small and was overcrowded and not very clean. Breakfast was a great variety but not very good, omelette, scrambled eggs, sausage and links were all bland and greasy. Fine for free. Breakfast was also over crowded and noisy.

I wish the breakfast is getting better with more variety, and more stuff mainly during the weekend .

We both thought the cleanliness of the room, and all of the hotel, was beyond reproach. The room and the entryway as well as the breakfast area was spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was more than we expected and a very impressive way to say 'thank you' to guests. We didn't use the pool but we could see many who were enjoying it.
We both agreed two chairs and a small table would improve the room. It is awkward to sit on the bed to enjoy a tea or glass of wine. And could be messy on white bedding.
