The location was very handy and easy to find. There was ample parking and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it was quite spacious.

There was only one option for lighting.

Better than average breakfast. Improved since last visit in Dec.

Location is central for working in South Surrey, thats about where it ends on positives for this hotel, the place looks nice, relatively new, but almost everything is the cheapes option they could find, BW need to check what kind of junk their franchisees are providing this place looks like a BW hotel on the outside, but its clearly been franchised and the franchisee has cheaped out on all the beds, furniture etc... Oh wait, it did have a decent TV with Netflix access etc.. there the good ends...

Beds - Tried the Queen bed, lumpy solid as a rock, squeaked whenever you move, then tried the Sofabed as clearly the main bed was useless, this was probably worse than above. Ended the night sleeping on the closed Sofabed for what little sleep I did manage, this place looks like a BW hotel on the outside, but its clearly been franchised and the franchisee has cheaped out on all the beds, furniture etc...

The room was dim, the windows didn't open. It felt a bit like a tomb. Very over priced

Hotel was in a good location.

The swimming pool was occupied with swimming lessons going on in the evening even though we went after 8pm to use it after a long work day.

Near many restaurants and easy free parking. The staff was fantastic (professional and very concerning about our satisfaction).

The included breakfast could be better with ham, bacon, fried eggs, etc.
