Great location (not a bad proximity from Vancouver); very nice and friendly employees; decent breakfast; very comfortable bed; very laid back hotel

Room was not sound proof---we could hear cars driving all hours of the night; hot tub not working; in workout room water ran out, no one to fix the issue on a Sunday, but employees at the front desk provided me with a single cup of water; breakfast was inconsistent: pretty good the first day, cold the second day, not very enjoyable at all

Very centrally located and close to most places in Vancouver, Surrey, and Delta. Great value for the price, with good breakfast to boot.

The rooms facing 104th ave can get some traffic noise earlier in the evening but quietens later in the night.

It is convenient

the king suite had a weird layout. was extremely hard to watch tv if the couch was pulled out as a bed, or watching it from the king bed. and the pool was closed for renovations, which wasn’t great.

The in suite jacuzzi was a pleasant bonus

Our room was on the side of the main road, therefore it was noisy from cars passing by.

Convenient location with easy access to freeway but also within short walking distance from walking path, stores and restaurants. Also an easy drive to Coquitlam and Richmond, and just 30 minutes to the US-Canadian border, and many local and regional parks.
