Lack of services of a 5star hotel

Axel concierge was Amazing! Overpriced for room in basement that smelled for $1200 night. Wont return

mostly the staff their all amazing felt like home and so friendly and professional it will always be my place to book if I visited DC

Great place

Everyone was great

Great location and very helpful staff. A welcome contrast to a recent stay at the Ritz Carlton South Beach, which almost put me off Ritz Carltons altogether. Luckily I gave it another try for this property which had previously been a winner. It was again.

We enjoyed the breakfast. It was included in our room rate, but we needed to understand how much we could spend as the menu is on the expensive side and we wanted to know what was covered. Your booking confirmation does not say and the receptionist said it had a limit, so best to check to avoid dissapointment.

Sofa bed - not very strong, but then again, no expectations set.

Food (breakfast, dinner) was very good, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Was difficult getting to property due to construction on street and general traffic in Georgetown.
