The staff was very kind, respectful, welcoming and sweet. The room was bigger than I expected, we were extremely happy with it. It had everything we needed and more!
Be ready to pay more than priced. Our stay was supposed to be around $480 and we ended up paying more than $750.

The location is only 15 mints from airport by drive. They have parking available free of cost. The hotel has gym, laundry and swimming pool. Breakfast was an average.
We booked room for 4 adult and they gave us only 1 king size bed and sofa bed. It was difficult to manage for 4 persons. Hotel provide cleaning services every 2nd day. On 2nd day we requested for cleaning service and i personally requested with supervisor but when we returned the room was not cleaned which was little disappointed.

My daughter lost her tooth late at night. The staff helped me get everything ready for the tooth fairy as I only had debit and credit on me.

beds were not that comfortable… pillows very poor quality… Embassy Suites was 65$ less per night and much better value … more comfortable beds , more modern decor and bar that was open in the evening.

The staff was so nice and helpful, also, the property is dog friendly and they made us feel really welcome from the first moment till we left the hotel. The room was so cozy and comfortable.
We are definitely coming back in the future.

I was in Toronto during TIFF. the prices were outrageous and affected my review score. Hotel should have done something extra to justify the gouging.
