the area was not to my expectation it had people standing outside seemed unsafe and tv didn't work hallway and building seemed gloomy, it was just not what was expected will not be staying again. the door cards barely worked.

what i did like is a shorter list i didn't like anything, well the staff was nice.

Breakfast was ok. We like to buy breakfast food to have in the room.

Eggs were cold. Would have preferred biscuits and gravy.

staff was great and greet you with a smile, the bed was very comfortable

walls were dirty and scuffed up, stains on floor and chair cushions, rust on lamps and shower head, soap scum on shower head, tub had dark stain in the bottom, bathroom door pretty banged up, carpet looked unclean, between the bed a night was something brown on the floor that looked like dried up dog poop, something was spilled down the side of the night stand and was never cleaned up, the bathroom ceiling and room ceiling looks like it had been painted over water damage spots, the sink had brown rust running down the sink underneath, the door to the room was so hard to push open and close with out making a loud noise, and it was a big gray door that didn’t match any of the other brown doors in the hall. this hotel need major upgrades, I have not stayed at this hotel in like 9 years, it was sooooo nice back then. my 250 I paid was not worth it at all. not even close to it. I do have picture below.

While, we at the hotel, our car along with 10 other cars was vandalized. The staff was not very helpful in helping us. We had to cut our trip short and drive back home to start the process of getting our car repaired.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. The online rating is false. Expected to be able to get a good nights sleep and couldn’t because it was scary because of fighting by other guests all night long.

We didn’t like anything at this hotel, got out of there earlier than planned. We didn’t like trying to sleep and not being able to because noise, fighting and doors slamming. Very loud arguing going on by other guests on the 2nd floor where we were staying. Didn’t like Loud talking and not having a sound proof room.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The air conditioning in our room got ice cold. The hotel was quiet and the free coffee was appreciated.

We would have appreciated having a pull-out couch for the price we paid. My brother had to sleep on the floor. The man working the counter was a bit rude to us. The snacks and drinks for sale behind the counter were expired.

Bkfst was good.had varied items and quality was good.

Nobody likes to payalot but I wasn't provided my AARP discount even afteri asked.

Great breakfast available scrambled eggs bagels cereal fruit juices coffee so many options available! Unlike some motels in memphis with coffee & breakfast bars only and they list it as “free breakfast” yeah right.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was very pleasant. I had a great time with friends and family that I met there. I will surely refer friends and stay there again when I am in town.

My problem was when I booked the room the reservation said that I could pay at the room. I was thinking that I could pay cash, however I cold not. Also I had to have an additional $100 on the credit card that I did not see when I was reserving the room.
