The room was very clean and looked recently updated- I was pleasantly surprised. It had a small balcony with a view of the falls. The pool area looked very clean. The staff was extremely polite. The included breakfast had many different options and the breakfast area was very clean. The hotel was about a 3 minute walk to the beautiful waterfront area.

had a nice stay with my family and we were able to find the hotel easily and the place was busy and we liked the catwalk - walking bridge
trying to walk that hill after already being tired and we saw a lady who had unfortunately fell which was very upsetting and disturbing to see.

Location for the price was hard to beat, especially since parking was provided free of charge.
The full hot breakfast was far from hot and not close to full

The view was exceptional. We saw the falls from the room and the fireworks demonstration was unbelievable. We could walk to the casino in 5 minutes. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Make your own waffles, eggs, sausage were available.
For the money nothing could have been better.

Breakfast was very good , restaurant staff very friendly. Room was not in main part of hotel and away from travelling companions in a motel style strip. Pool / hot tub was very nice.

Die Lage vom Hotel und der kostenlose Parkplatz ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind groß und wir hatten Blick auf die Niagara Fälle (Amerikanische Seite). Frühstück umfangreich.
Die Balkontür war bereits sehr alt und war sehr schwer zu öffnen. Außerdem hat man den Straßenlärm stark gehört, obwohl die Tür verschlossen war. Beim Frühstück gab es nur Plastikgeschirr - extrem viel Müll.

the bathroom needs attention.. sink are disgusting and very low that my kids dont want to use them.
they have pool but the hot tub is very very hot than a usual hot tub..

Location was great
Dirty, bathroom was smelly and dusty behind door, baseboards. Holes in tiles in bathroom, countertop was missing tiles, furniture was old and worn, beds squeaky, dirty bed (had to go to front desk to get a new, clean sheet), stairwells looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time (salty, dirty)

I have been given a double bed room in ground floor. The room had foul smell. The bathroom was not clean. There was no drinking water facility in the hotel. They don't even provide a pitcher. Overall, it's the worst hotel I have ever stayed.
Room was unclean. The bed linen had spots. Ground floor is so noisy. Breakfast is just namesake, no good food available.
