Historic and great location

Rooms a bit dated but very comfortable

It was cool to stay at an historic property, and I liked the Christmas decor. You can walk to some restaurants and stores nearby.

The hotel is badly in need of renovations and I was disappointed in the state of it. Many advertised amenities were unavailable, for example the business center (which I needed to use during my 3-day stay) was empty, also no gym or spa. The room was VERY noisy. We heard entire conversations in the adjoining room (the guest was also sick so sneezing/coughing constantly and waking us up at night, the walls are that thin). Heard entire conversations in the hallways. The room was not cleaned well; there was a book left behind in the bed. Refrigerator was slightly moldy. Expensive parking charge, tons of added fees for room service food (we wanted to order but couldn't justify all the fees), and...I had no idea hotels were still charging for WiFi in 2023.

Location is great. Really like the historic character.

The food in the in hotel restaurant was really good and prices were great as well.

Room was kind of beat up in places but clean. Getting to the gym and pool was confusing.

Lovely lobby area. Super friendly staff. Classic, predictable and consistent positive Omni hotel experience. Great little hotel coffee shop. Very conveniently located to American University (the reason for our stay).

the location and how clean .the valet and door man were always welcoming and happy .front desk agent were rude and not helpfull at all resturant is horrible i paid for breakfast included and waited half and hour to get my food and it was cold i didnt eat it they were so bad

The resturant was awful i ordered weldone steak and egg after half and hour if not more i got rare steak its like they did it on porpose horrible resturant and employee were bad as well i would eat out before i come to that resturant

Beds were uncomfortable. Morsels closes early or unexpectedly some days.

Expensive parking. I was expecting microwave and refrigerator at room but it was not there.
