the room had bugs and was poorly cleaned I had to kill 3 cockroaches and 1 bed bug I couldn’t sleep in peace because of that please fumigate the place because that was a serious problem I had to kill so many in the bathroom as well😳

The breakfast was actually good and the location worked out well for us. It looks like the hotel has been recently painted and some upgrades were made, but they had issues.

When we arrived we were given a room and when we got our luggage into the room and went to sit down, there were long black hairs all over the bed (not mine or my spouses). We called the front desk and they were happy to move our room but the front desk associates comment was "don't touch anything and bring me your room key" (why, so they can give it to someone else right away?). So, we moved rooms and the new room was fine. I took a shower at around 10:00 pm and the shower didn't drain. When my husband went to take a shower the next morning at 7:30 or so, the shower still hadn't drained. He went to the front desk to request a plunger as he would happily do it himself so that we could get on the road. Front desk told him that they didn't have the correct plunger but maintenance would be in at 9:00 am and she would let them know. Fast forward, it's 11:30 and we still haven't seen maintenance and the bathtub still has about an inch of standing water. We couldn't wait any longer and so left.

Breakfast is not very good. No hot tub near the pool area.
