Location was ok

I don’t think our room was clean the soap was already used before we got there and the shower was the same

Very quiet, even though we were on the Camino real!! Requested downstairs, bad legs,,,,, office man helped with bags carrying them UPSTAIRS ❣️❣️

Downstairs accommodations as requested would be nice.

great location. very safe. close to the airport and freeway. great staff. asked for a good place for dinner and they sent me to an amazing Indian food restaurant 5 minutes away. For breakfast they told me about a Portuguese bakery very close which was awesome. really nice people.

I didn't like that there's no contains on the windows. Pretty much not 100% privacy!! Other than that everything else was good !!

Spacious room and spacious bathroom. Basic amenities, but very clean, fairly comfortable and a very good value.

Breakfast was bare bones in it's selection/appeal, but I had other plans most days. Bathroom could use a towel rack somewhere near the shower, and a shelf for shampoo, etc inside shower.

It’s a motel not a hotel. Breakfast is nothing comparing to the photos. Not even close, picture shows good size breakfast and the property literally has bagels and cereal, and cold boiled eggs. very disappointing

Hotel staff was great. Dean was friendly and very helpful. Room was great. Beds were very comfortable.

We had noisy neighbors from time to time which doesn't normally bother me but there seemed to be an argument outside every night without any regard for the guests at hotel. I don't blame the hotel itself but definitely something to consider.
