Comp breakfast

Pull out sofa bed was not comfortable

Big rooms, good cleaning, friendly Staff,

Internet on Laptop was not working

Included breakfast, the little convience store, and being close to restaurants

When we arrived the staff couldn't find our reservations. Seems like the hotel and booking don't communicate well digitally. We had to wait about 45 minutes in the lobby while they sorted things out. In the end, we got the room we reserved, and all was well.

It’s an older property but we’ll maintained

The phone in the room did not work. Maintenance did come take a look at it but we found that the only way we could use it was by having it on speaker 🤦🏾‍♀️

Me and my family loved staying in the suite with the spa bath and kitchenette. 2 TV so the kids didn't have to share! It smelled so clean and new when we got off the elevator and once in the room it was more than what we expected, the breakfast was so good every morning including the ladies that were there to greet us! We will be back again for certain!

A great place to stay if you’re going to the American Dream Mall. The room was huge with a complete kitchen set-up. We really liked the location. There were a few places to eat within a walking distance and there’s also an Aldi nearby. Pool and breakfast were decent.

Staff was excellent and very helpful even post we moved out.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Just scrambled egg or bread for post part. Same breakfast everyday. Having stayed in so many hotels in India and Hilton being such a big brand, I had higher expectations.

the pool is heated and the deepest is 4 1/2 which is good for all kids

The location way amazing. The facilities were acceptable. Comfortable for the price point.

Breakfast staff commented amongst themselves in Spanish about how much food I brought to the room for my kids. That was extremely uncalled for and made me a little self conscious

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I wish they had honeymoon suites but I loved the facility. It is close to everything.
