Bed was comfortable, staff was helpful

Bugs in my room, hair dryer did not work, had trouble regulating heat/air in the room because the unit was so old and looked to have mold in it, the hotel in general needs ungraded

ROACHES BED BUGG

There is a roach infestation at this hotel. There were dozens of live roaches running around the room and bathroom. It's disgusting.

It was very dirty, our blankets, sheets and towels had stains on them and there were bugs.

They had availability when nowhere else did (big college football match in town). There was coffee at reception in the morning.

The place was very tired and scruffy. Worn carpets in the corridors, metal fitting in rooms were rusting, the air-con was noisy & ineffective. The in-room fridge kept waking me up.

The rooms were not clean! Fingerprints everywhere and dirt. Big dead cockroaches in the hall and in the room behind the bed. It was absolutely disgusting

Dirty pillow had black marks and dirt everywhere they literally probably put a new sheet on that’s it sooooo gross

Roaches/ bugs in room. Horrible small towels. They were tiny and felt worse than sandpaper. Smelled. Sheets were worn out. Elastic gone on mattress pad and fitted sheet. Hallway carpet filthy. Elevator needed painting, and so did hallway.

We checked into i our room an had to leave to go to our concert but when we got back after the concert we seen live roaches in the bath room and around the room. We lifted up the mattress to check for other bugs an under the bed was a wreck and firstly. There were room cards, dirt, hair ties and other trash under there. The floor was sticky and the comforter had a big stain in it. The place smelled bad. We requested a refund but said to talk to the owner an we have yet to hear from them and it’s been a week now. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great.

It was very run down with the smell of mold, chipped paint, cracked tiles etc. Carpeting in first floor hallway was absolutely disgusting.

It is right off the interstate

Our room was dirty. There was dirt on the bed and floor, dead bugs on the coffee cups.

Location was decent and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel was very rundown. Towels we old. Things didn't feel clean. Staff was indifferent to their role. Would not stay there again.

Everyone was super nice it was actually some other guests that made me extremely uncomfortable

Dirty, smelled funny, sheets/comforter stained, yellow old pillows, badly needed a paint job and thorough cleaning inside and outside. Cobwebs in corner of ceiling in room.Pool area was unkempt and pool had algae.
