The facilities were easy to get to, clean and extremely comfortable. I was surprised at how big and luxurious my one room suite was
Not really a bas thing, but it would have been nice to have a small terrace outside the room. But that would make the price go up.

I love how clean and cozy the room was. I like the breakfast selection too.
I didn't like that I could not have late check out because I booked through a third party. I asked if I could pay extra and they said that since I booked through a third party I was not able to do late check out.

The room was nicely appointed - plenty of space and clean. It was QUIET which is what I needed after a weekend of attending back-to-back funerals.
The pool is no longer functional. The shower was a pathetic trickle and the body wash container was empty.

The entire staff were excellent! Very accommodating very friendly and very attentive! It was a very pleasant stay, wish I could have stayed longer.

Great river view. Located at a quite place near Rochester Uni. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast tastes good. Staff is friendly.

Disliked the bathroom and space. Also, the water was lukewarm.
BREAKFAST ENDS AT 10AM. Arrived for breakfast at 9 a.m., and there wasn't any food or coffee available. Juice was the only option. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

Fresh breakfast very nice and comfortable sleeping in the fact that I could cook because I love to cook
Front Desk was kind of rude The next day that I had to get my credit card thing straight because they don’t use cash app so I had to use my ESL card and I went out the door and my key didn’t work even after I paid for a day and check out is at 12 and my key stopped working early in the morning but the lady that check me it was very nice I came in around 6:30 PM on my birthday1-9-23 and the fact that The fire alarm went off for about 30 minutes I had to leave the room I just got out the bath was in the cold it was crazy

The hotel was very nice and breakfast was great. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing and watching HBO.
Booking.com said there would be a DVD player but there wasn't. The first night was quiet but the second night I was woken twice by noisy talking and laughter in the hallway.
