The facility is tired and in need of a facelift. Good sleep is difficult as it seems like airplanes are landing and taking off in your room.

The breakfast was very good, a great selection and someone always present to refill and clean We appreciated the fact that when they observed that there were 3 of us they gave us extra towels with our us asking.

More accessible toilet paper - we ran out

The bed was uncomfortable, hard mattress and pillows, coarse sheets. AC and refrigerator were very noisy. we had to unplug the refrigerator and turn off the AC to be able to sleep.

overpriced for a double bed with just a coffee pot in the room ($101.31 to sleep overnight) ) . Not even a small microwave nor refrigerator. No restaurants around so if people are just staying overnight waiting for a flight the next day without car rental , you’ll be hungry . “Jacob” who was at the desk stated if I ask for a microwave to be put in our room , I have to pay extra. They sell frozen dinners at the lobby but no microwave to heat it up in the room. You have to heat it up in the front lobby. We were waiting at the airport for their shuttle pickup for a long time , just to find out we were given the wrong location by the receptionist . Next time , I won’t be fooled by the location alone . IF I WERE YOU , I’LL THINK TWICE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL. There are other hotels next to them and I’m sure you will get better service , and worth the money you will pay .

We needed a very early shuttle to airport. It arrived at 4:30 AM and the driver was excellent.

Convenient to airport. Less expensive than other hotels in that area. Personnel were friendly. Clean room.

Couldn't get a receipt because "the system is down". That is not acceptable. Also, the light in the bathroom automatically comes on when u walk in, which is nice unless u wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and want to go back to sleep. It is very bright.

The motel was clean and looked very nice. Good food close by. Not a lot of traffic. Good location.

The airplanes was noisy but nothing you can do about that.

Rooms r very dated n need total refresh. There wasn’t even a table lamp next to the bed n U had to get out of bed to turn the reading light off.

We stayed in a room that the refrigerator was making a really loud noise. We couldn't sleep

Big value. Free breakfast, free shuttle to airport. Clean, comfortable rooms. Front desk accommodated my ask when I checked in at 1 AM to move into a different room due to loud neighbors. My go-to if I have an early or late flight out of SLC.

Thin walls. But, like I said, front desk was able to move me to a quieter area of hotel away from loud neighbors.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Also, the staff was friendly.

Public areas could be a little cleaner and use some minor updates. Color scheme isn't very calming. I'd recommend just getting a regular room instead of a suite for a short stay for better value.
