my rm was not available due to plumbing issues. room given was dirty. toothpaste hair in sink, hair in toilet n tub. white dried stuff on bedspread n sofa couch dirty, old batteries, bottle caps and dirty sheets

Room had spider webs walls were extremely dirty beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable 😐

The management was friendly and not nosey or intrusive. the prices online were reasonable, but Andy did try to get us to pay a week at at time in the amount of $650 cash. i just continued to pay online which made it about $100 cheaper that way.

The room was not stocked with adequate amount of towels and toilet paper. Also sheets were dingy.

Really disappointed ☹️, front desk clerk was impolite, I try to call several times to report the some issues in the room, no one answered. The shower 🚿 wasn't working at all no water! The room smelled bad, no light bulbs at the head lamps. I will never go back to this place. It's sad after being traveling by car for 5-6 hrs, stop in place like this......

Rooms weren’t clean after my booking time ,had to wait almost 3 hours ,I understand it was busy due to a rave event but it was a long wait

I made this reservation almost a month in advance and upon arrival I was given the wrong room and told my room was not available. When I asked for them to refund the difference because I was put in a cheaper room they refused. They then double charged my credit card and have yet to refund the second charge or the difference. Customer service was horrible the entire stay. My room was not given enough towels, pillows, or blankets for two people and when I tried to ask for more they literally would not come to the service window to even speak to me. When I informed them I was not given the wifi password the female worker made a snide comment saying I should know that it’s “welcome” because that’s what the paper slip says and when I informed her I never got the paper slip she just ignored me. I have stayed at multiple 2 stars places like this one and this is by far the worst service I have ever received despite doing everything right on my end

Honestly not much to like about this location. And I never give bad ratings. But this was the worst experience staying here.

The staff were very rude beside a cleaning lady who was nice enough to detail as to why things where the way they where. But check in staff were beyond rude!. They would allow people to “check in early” just to have us wait almost 3 hours. They didn’t have the rooms clean!. Not supplied with back necessary items. Ex:. Toilet paper or towels. Other people where also complaining about bed bugs. Was not safe if you have children. I would never stay here again!!!.
