We enjoy staying there. We have stayed many times over the years.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was excellent.

Hot coffees all the time.

The location was good

Roaches in the room and they failed to give my deposit back after almost two weeks.

Still tying to sort cr cd charges, cr cd was for "incidentals only," but charged for stay twice.

Breakfast mediocre at best, but still it was there. Each day bagel were hocky puck hard. "Staff" woman was annoying in talking with everyone, loud, and in the way. Support staff: GREAT.

Check in didnt state the AC controls were on opposite side of room from AC unit. Uncomfortable. Asked To enroll in rewards at desk. "you can do it online." No, I can not, why I asked you."Come back later."

I had a good stay with 2 incoveniences (1 is big to me)

overall good stay, friendly staff, great location, great mattress, large room. love the large shower.

wifi not working (despite working with staff to try to get it to work, when you are here for business and wifi doesn't work, it's not good :( ) , pool closed during the whole stay and I chose this hotel because I saw it had a pool.

The lady at the front desk is super rude. Nobody was never at the desk. I was told I can check in early and couldn’t check in till four hours later.

Environment felt safe and it was in a quiet neighborhood!

Everything was great! . overall everything was great! Breakfast was light first day but on the second day much more selection!

Refrigerator in our room was a lot smaller than expected. Also wasn't cooling properly.

Stiff as a board bed

The cleanliness and the breakfast of the hotel was very nice.

The front desk clerk upon arrival was very rude and the hot tub didnt work witch was the main reason for renting this hotel. The mattresses are like sleeping on the floor.

nice place but things just didn't go our way it seems

location in relation to freeway access

No linens for sofa bed, booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed but when I checked in they were going to give me a room with a king bed and a sofa bed.... it took nearly 45 minutes to get one ready, the iron in the room wouldn't work

More like a motel stay

It was nice that this hotel was near the wedding venue. The bed was comfortable.

The pool wasn't operational, staff didn't have any of my information upon arrival, breakfast was mediocre, blinds weren't fully light blocking. Facility felt more like a motel than I expected for the price
