Great location and everything was close, stores, mall, restaurants, movie theater, etc. Staff was great, breakfast was enjoyable and the rooms were perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient location to loads of dining and shopping nearby. Rooms were nicely appointed, bed was comfortable and shower was wonderful. Very nice free breakfast offerings and comfortable seating. Loved the refrigerator in the room, too.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. It seems outdated tho. Our shower was extremely rusty. Big stain on the carpet as soon as you walked in. Had a misry smell. You can tell it was a great hotel and could be still, but needs alot of updates.

The hotel is getting older and is not quite up to the newer Hyatt Place hotels that have larger rooms and more open layout.

$75 pet fee is way to high!! Most are $25. I think that if the room is left clean and no issue with pets it should be refunded. Way to High for a pet😡

1. Breakfast just OK, nothing special. Area serving food was small and crowded. 2. Staff were friendly and helpful.

1. Housekeeping services were poor. Came to our room 2 out of 5 days. Had to call for clean towels and supplies. 2. Hotel is so outdated. Room had stains all over the carpet and sofa/couch. Looked like they hadn't been deep cleaned in years. 3. Waited a long time for the 1 elevator which serviced 3 floors.

Breakfast super! Room and overall building was welcoming. Staff was friendly. Would definitely return.
