Was there breakfast? Was there a pool? I read these things but did not see them nor was I told about them.

Something that happened was a staff member had a loud conversation outside of my window stating how they were almost fully booked so if the person she was speaking to wanted a room, he should book online now. This roused me and I booked online right then to stay another night, however, in my sleep-deprived state, I booked for that same day which I already paid for. They charged me for that mistake and they were snarky about it too. Also, that stained office chair was just not the one!

We have stayed there years a go and was in top shape but it now was disappointing and I think I should be reimbursed for the last day I was discussed we left ..disappointed, will not stay again!

Your prompt asks how was your breakfast there was none offered. The neighborhood was less than inviting. Booked unseen for four nights stayed for one night, found accommodations elsewhere for the remaining three day with no refund offered. Booking. com needs to screen the places they offer for rent better so their clients aren't caught in this trap of arriving late with no real choice but to stay the first night in terrible conditions.

Cigarette burns in the comforter, ash tray on the night stand and the smell of smoke all in a nonsmoking room. The room was unsafe cover plates missing on plug in receptacles and the light over the bathroom vanity was missing two out of the three light bulbs all dangerous places to get an electrical shock. Used soap left in the shower. I seem to be be unable to speak to any one from the chandler Inn to express my concerns just an email address that gets no reply. I would hope that Booking.com would make an effort to contact me to help resolve this issue.

This place is Horrable...dirty smells and the sheets have burn holes in them.all the furnitureis broken lightsdont work ..and the staff is rude and would not even let me talk or ask questions ....all she kept saying was are you checking in or not ....Never again will I stay here ...

I walked in and immediately saw a cockroach on the wall. the shower had no shower pan and water was everywhere and very slippery so had to shower at my friends.
