Everything was fine , if i may haf a suggestion is things from self-serve breakfast ran out and didnt got re-stocked, like juice, spoons, fruit, etc.

Location and room were very good.
There was a water leak and we were evicted from the entire hotel. The people at the reception did not handle the situation well and the people from Booking have not returned our money. Regrettable.

Cleanness, comfortable and location.
No dedicated seating area for breakfast. Therefore there were not enough seatings, where you have to wait and sit in the lobby/front desk area.

I didn’t find out until trying to check in that my reservation was canceled. never received a phone call or email explaining why. guy at the desk said they were closed and I should have received an email. I never received any notification.

Friendly staff. Lounge area in rooms. Good size of pool.
Paper plates/ polystyrene bowls and plastic cutlery at b’fast. Detracted from decent (included) breakfast and not good environmentally.

it is very old. definetely not the Hyatt standard we are used too. the room we were there were a huge stain on the floor. very old doors and elevator. breakfast only until 10am, I paied for 3 nights could not make it to breakfast because it was too earlier

Location to Trinity University
I asked for quiet room and we were placed literally right in front of elevator! Air-conditioner was extremely loud. Hotel lobby/eating area is way too small for amount of people staying—couldn’t find a place to sit and eat breakfast
