I love the room it was nice everytime I go there the better it gets love the light that was on top of the bed

Don't even ask me, this was the worst hotel I have ever stay. I had to buy bedsheets because the hotel was so filthy.

No receptionist , sketchy people outside security in premises should be considered , clean room but smelled awful

Breakfast was bad not many option to chose. Location was okay.

The service of the staff was bad they were not available. The cleanliness was bad. They were requested to clean the room did not do anything. During the check out they said because of that they will waive one day of the price but have not seen that in my card yet. I am also a Platinum member.

The location was great and the room was comfortable and a good value.

The bathroom was not fully cleaned nor fully stocked with towels and wash cloths. The breakfast also lacked variety and the area was dark and drab. The hallways of the hotel also smelled like a street festival with too many varieties of food.

The hotel was full of homeless people. There was vomit in the parking lot. The toilet was dirty when I arrived.

Staffing were the nicest ever

Did not like room this time around. The door and wall looked beat up. In the bathroom, small little towel instead of large bath towel for getting out of shower. I requested room be cleaned within appropriate time period. It was not. I to put in a second request. Also desk chair was missing.

my toilet seat was broken when I ckecked in. I didn’t feel like changing my room and i was tired.

The breakfast was great.

There was only one wash cloth in each room and when we asked for more we were told they didn't have more than one for each room. That's kinda disgusting using the same wash cloth as 3 other people. Also we ordered to have our room in close proxandnone was downtown the very end... the other was on the 2nd floor on the other end of the building. A huge problem was the TV didn't work in our room nor did the remote work in the other. It's actually quite unsafe to have no person watchthe building. I was really excited to stay but the experience was unsatisfactory. Which is unfortunate because I had canceled my booking with another hotel in the same area that was less expensive than best western because I thought it would be worth the extra money and it just wasn't. .

I didn’t like much. They had Netflix. Which is good because it was hard to sleep on that brick of a mattress. there was some entertainment.

They mattress was vey uncomfortable. It felt like a brick. one of the towels in the bathroom had a thick curly hair on it. The tub was dirty. My girlfriend told me she’s not taking a shower in that. I wholeheartedly agreed. The worst experience we’ve had. So bad I’m already thinking of how to make it up to her. I wish I took pictures to show how bad the room was.
