We came for a family Graduation. Location was perfect for the event. If we return for family visit we will definitely stay again. It was perfect in all respects for us.
I think the door handle on room 104 is in need of a little repair.

I had to remove the cob webs in the room and when checking in there was some digrunteled customers having a heated diacussion with staff and they ended up calling the cops. Not professional.

Room was nice, front desk staff was friendly
The desk chair in my room was broken, I sat in it and almost fell backwards. The ice machine on my floor wasn't working so I had to go downstairs to get ice.

Room carpet needed cleaning. We missed breakfast by 5 mins.

the rear door key card did not work. the workout room key card didn’t work. the channels on the tv were not clear and snowy

Getting woke up with a fire alarm at 6 am.

Very noisy in the hallway outside our room, people partying and slamming doors. We didn’t get much sleep.

Breakfast was good and pool area was very nice.
Hotel changed their name and didn't send out an email. When we came in confused the hotel desk guy kind of made fun of our confusion. We also wanted to divide up the room cost between 2 of us and he wasn't willing to do that either.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very accommodating. Would be coming back.

Lots of options for breakfast. The coffee was really good as well. Hotel was very clean. The bar staff were super friendly as well.
We wish that this location had water access. Most people coming to this hotel were there to boat on the lakes. Would be awesome if this hotel would have a launch and/or docks to rent as well.

Room was clean and comfortable; breakfast buffet was fine and convenient. Very pleasant desk staff and bartender in the Fox’s Bar on site. My husband used the pool and enjoyed it.
Hotel is now part of the Clarion Hotels group so sign had changed; we saw that in a previous review so we were not confused but it should be updated in the listing with Booking.com. There is no daily room service but hotel will provide clean towels, etc…should also be noted.

I needed to stay in Antioch. Your hotel was closest to where I had to be. The breakfast was nice. Shaun at the desk was nice.
Property changed its name and somebody meeting me there was looking for Antioch Inn and suites not the Clarion Hotel! Also, no soap in the shower, no shower mat. The floor was dirty near the beds and the coffee maker didn’t work.

the beds were comfy
We had some ants in the room! I wish I had been informed the first day that I was staying that they were not cleaning the rooms each day and we were to put our dirty towels out side our door and we would get clean towels. Also to put the garbage out for them to empty them.
