Staff was good. Plenty of parking. Near restaurants.

The rooms definitely need to be updated especially with better lighting. Breakfast could have more options but wasn’t bad

I had my dnd on the door and wen leaving I ask for more towels and wash clothes well they gave me a lil trouble said I couldn’t cause I had my dnd on the door so I’m like I always ask them if I see them in the hallway so the man was like I have to bring my old towels out well I did and he was like all of them so at that point I was a lil mad so I said forget it I was gone go to another hotel and the front desk said I wasn’t going to get my money back cause of third party booking lol so I said forget it I’ll stay but never again cause of a price I’ll keep booking at my 5 stars

Very poor service. The front desk person charged me twice for the room. Dinning area wasn’t clean. I won’t comeback to this hotel ever.

It was clean. Easy to get to. Staff was professional.

Our air conditioner unit leaked and made our room smell moldy. The pool area could have been more convenient. The breakfast wasn’t great.

The front desk people were nice

The abundance of meth heads. The breakfast was gross, and always biscuits and gravy. They never refilled things when they were empty. The rooms smelled like wet dog, and there was mildew in the bathroom. Let’s not forget our third guest, the mouse🫣

Had to ask for towels and washcloths. But then again this seems to be a problem at all hotels these days not just Quality Inn.

The outdoor area and entrance were dirty and not appealing at all. The lobby could have been cleaner also. The room and bathroom were fairly clean and comfortable.. Overall, it was okay for a one-night stay.

Not far from wedding

The bathroom ceiling was caving in and there was mold on the ceiling. Cigarette burns on the blanket, holes in the wall where a mirror was and the walls were dirty!

The location was horrible. People were hanging out in the parking lot. On the way to the room, someone was cooking and it was smelling burnt. 10 minutes later the fire alarm went off. We left after 15 minutes. The room was filthy. Burn holes in bedding
