Clean room and ok bed. Has a nice indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast could be better. More options. Hot food and waffle or pancake maker. Eggs and meat.

The room was so gross and not clean around the edges. The towels and sheets had stains all over them. Even the hairdryer had brown something all over it. I didn’t even want to touch it. The room smelled and the hallway did too. The breakfast was not good either. I can’t find much positive about this stay. Thankfully it was only one night!

I liked the rate of the rooms and the fact that the place had a pool and spa

I didn't like the fact that the rooms were disgusting the people that stay here are loud and obnoxious all night long the doors make a lot of noise banging and slamming the door's also seem to have been broken into in the room there's literally a glop of candy on the headboard stuck to the wall and you can never use the pool because it's filled with tons of kids and people from the moment it opens to the moment it closes

breakfast was so old it got mold on it. I risked getting infected by spores… when I told the receptionist they didn’t mind. after 15 mins they eventually came, threw all the remaining bread and pancakes in the trash, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, and replace with other ones from a box. terrible experience

Terrible service, toilet clogged they handed me a plunger that was broken, we back to ask for some help cause it was broken, they sent someone to our room and said please don’t flush toilet paper put it in the garbage can!!! Pool and hot tub were dirty, water was a gross brown color not appealing to get in too! The one bed has black stuff all over the sheets when asked for new sheets no one ever came! So we slept on sofa. No doors to enter the hotel are locked, and the door to my room safely latch on inside was broken! Travelers beware this place is dirty and unsafe for families!

Everything went very smoothly, and it was easy to keep the room warm and cozy despite the unseasonably cold weather. The hotel is easy to find with no parking issues whatsoever.

The breakfast was minimal but tasty.

I booked 4 rooms I was the one paying but my group showed up before me and they checked them in when they was supposed to wait for me just very up professional
