Great location, very comfortable bed, very friendly staff
Our room wasn’t clean when we got it (pubes on the toilet seat when we lifted the lid up when we first got in the room), the wallpaper was coming off in the shower due to the humidity and the corner of the ceiling in the shower needs repaired for the same reason as it was bubbling from the humidity, the pillows weren’t firm enough

It really made me upset there wasn’t a free, I mean really free breakfast! This is the first hotel we have stayed this trip with no breakfast. The free part was pitiful! 8.95 a piece for two people, McDonald’s can do better than that. For the amount we spent on this hotel the least they could do is provide breakfast!!

The pool was rundown. Had an issue with my reservation when we got there, but front desk helped us take care of it.

Everything was great! The food was great , the staff was excellent! And the room was clean , pretty and spacious!
Only thing I could say negative is that the hot water in my room didn’t get very hot

Tv in room was not working, elevator was not working and phone in our room was not working.

The lights by the bed did not work, the phone in our room did not work, the TV did not work, and the fitness center was closed

The location and value were good! Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful but not all.
We had NO hot water and weren’t able to get DirectTv to work on the tv for the entire stay and when we called to ask about it at the front desk we were just told that “Maintenance wasn’t here” Nothing more not even an apology for the inconvenience or maybe even try to find another room.

Sheets had stains. They were clean but still multiple stains. Also, the curtains were torn in multiple places.

The room what’s very warm. You could turn the air conditioner down and it would be OK for a bit and then it would go back to the original setting and get very warm. That was a nuisance at night because we had to get up several times to lower the temperature.
