Very bad experience

Rooms were very nasty,roaches all over the place,carpet was very ugly not clean Ugly smell once you tep inside the room,no towels,tv,phone,or anything for the restroom

Nothing about it was good. You walk in and the front office looks like maybe the hotel could be nice but the rooms smell like the reptile section of a zoo.

No towels, no fridge no microwave. Sink did not work it drained down into a little bucket which wet the floor cause I had no idea about it being broken. The tub didn't drain and it has the leftover soap n shampoo from the previous guest. People live there and are very rude. I parked and was instantly harassed by a random person who LIVED there. I was bit by bugs and room was infested with roaches. When I arrived my room wasn't ready and they still put me in another room that was not ready. When I asked the front desk girl she was nice and was going to see what she can do to help me out about the situation but the assistant manager BRENDA walked up after being rude on a phone call to someone else...they basically called me a liar and she said she wasn't gonna do anything about it and was so rude when i was nice to everybody and just asking what could be done to help the situation and she got disgustingly rude and her cleaner lady was calling me a liar so i had to leave because they were hanging up on me. So ghetto. So sorry. I took a disabled person and to have them stay in a sorry dangerous room like that was horrible. That Brenda should NOT be employed there or anywhere in a position of power. The beds also only had one scorched up pillow each. Horrible experience. Horrible people. Fire BRENDA she deserves it and I don't say this about anybody. She was horrible. And I will be escalating the situation to corporate and more. To top it off police were there at check in because the place is so nasty and crawling with bad people. Only the lamp worked and restroom light and we left with just the restroom light on and returned to the lamp being on as well so somebody entered our room while we were out.

The staff did the best they could.

It's in transition from la quinta to Bayside. Now I was told I had the best room. It was clean and bed was comfortable . No bed bugs but, the refrigerator had cockroaches. I accidentally loosened the plug by using the microwave and the fridge was unplugged. So I saw some roaches crawl out. I had booked 2 rooms. I was traveling with a person who didn't have an ID so I was limited to places I could book rooms. His room had no TV, fridge or microwave. His room had bugs but, I didn't really care because he put me in this location. I have family I visit nearby so I was just staying here to sleep. Once the fridge was plugged back on I saw no roaches😂. I stayed in room 119 and it was definitely the best room as the lady at the front desk said it was. Breakfast wasn’t set out one morning because a worker was not not to set it out according to my husband. I’m sure something went down with the guest. I’m sure that if I’d ask for a muffin they would have given me one. The staff does their best with the tools they have at hand. Bring your own towels as the motel is limited on supplies

We did not stay here. When we arrived, they showed us the breakfast area that was so small and it smelled. Then we were told that our room we reserved had NO TELEVISION. Who rents rooms with no TV? She was going to show us the room anyway, due to us being so tired and another customer came in and said the toilet had overflowed in his room. We asked for a refund and left IMMEDIATELY. Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I will never stay at a Wyndham again

This place made me think I was at a drug den, or an hourly hotel. When we got to the hotel, the front clerk, let us go look at our room to see if we wanted to even stay there and it was a big fat no.
