The lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Bottle opener and bathroom fan in the room.

Bananas, granola bars and something else that wasn't worth noting. Went hungry. Location was convenient.

Reserved a king bed so wife and I could sprawl out for a change and were given 2 queens. Also, had been looking forward to relaxing in the whirlpool all week and walk in to see that it was under repair. Very disappointed.

Cleanness, why had moldy coffee and filter left in are room and the was splatter on the toilet. We left coffee pot and note on the then front desk with room # but never heard back.

Very Clean, quiet and well maintained.

The mattress was not very comfortable. They really need to be upgraded to pillow tops for the cost of these rooms. Also, not a fan of having the entire cost of our stay charged at time of check IN and then we were charged daily in addition. The initial charge will be refunded, but effectively tie up our money for up to 10 days.

Noisy air conditioner, no cleaning of room during stay, waste baskets never emptied, closet difficult to open rusty floor track, room above pool area noisy, no hand towel replacement, wall paper peeling on walls, staff and maintenance shortage.

The location is great. The staff were friendly.

Air quality in the rooms. Even though there is a heating/air conditioning unit in each room, there is nothing but recirculated room air. We were also placed next to a pool and the chlorine was permeating the air and everything with in the area. It makes for a poor nights rest.

The room was never serviced. We had to get our own towels and toiletries from the front desk.

mattresses were horrible and old! still have mattresses with springs that sagged. people in next room had dog/s that were loud (sounded like the dog had allergies) and it coughed/sneezed loud enough to keep us awake, or wake us up during the night. ruined our sleep and didn't appreciate it. breakfast was way below average - other hotels had at least cereal and milk, or microwavable breakfast sandwiches.

Had a pool for grandsons to swim in, that they enjoyed

Our 1st room was really dirty, so switched to another room, it was a little better, but still not clean. At least the 2nd room didnt have someone else's whiskers all over the sink area, as the 1st one did.I feel when you are paying $250 for a 2 night stay, having a clean room should be expected! ( no matter the cost it should be clean!) Also had added charge for a safe we never requested, nor was it listed, or even mentioned, on the amenities when I booked the room.

The staff was very friendly, very understanding and also professional. They also had some cold items for breakfast. I what I really liked was the fact that I didn't get charged for the crib.

Not having a place to sit outside with family, not having a hot waffle for breakfast. Covid... TV channels didnt work besides like a few channels, till later that night. The price of the room was prettty spendy. For just one night it was way over $100. Kinda ridiculous, if you ask me.
