The breakfast was delicious

There wasn't a dish towel to wash the dishes.

Location was close to many things, reasonably priced for extra nice king suite. Lobby and room was clean,

Pool area was a little crowded. I did have a room that was in view of the pool and I witnessed a few cars (3) with 3-4 people just pull up and go straight to the pool area.

They didn’t have our room ready until we’ll after 4:00 and we were supposed to have a 3:00 check in. The restroom in the room was filthy.

The reception area looked nice; however, one of the halls had peeling wallpaper at the bottom, possible water damage looked like it had been that way for some time. Some of the Hand sanitizers were empty. Then we entered the room, and bits of debris were along the edges of the floor. When sitting, you could see it under the dishwasher. The dishwasher still had dishes in it; the front was dirty, and the floor felt sticky. The bedside table still had something on it, and the grandson found a red ball. The beds and pillows were hard. The faux leather desk chair was ripped and peeling. The carpet was dirty and stained. I understand you can clean a carpet and still have stains, but this has not been cleaned. I mentioned some of this the next morning because I didn't want to make a fuss in front of the kids, I wanted them to have a good time so I cleaned up with what I had. We pay hard-earned money and we should at least get a clean room.

not vacuumed hallways half of breakfast wasn’t prepared or out at 8:15 am no oatmeal( reason hot pot was broken ) well then fix it no peanut butter hash browns were not even cooked scrambled eggs were green chafing dishes weren’t hot no hard boiled eggs terrible

room 224 bathtub didn’t drain brown mild on outside corner of bath tub and threshold no hair soap no bathrobe hook in back of bathroom door it was broken lamps were out of lights No bulb this was not your typical Hilton at all then would not honor my Hilton points they said because of third party booking .com i told them I call three times the days before my reservation and was placed on hold ! i hope someone important reads this !
