Seguridad y vigilancia, me despertaron a media noche con fuertes golpes en la puerta, nadie asistió este hecho.
Fue una noche interrumpida y sin un plan de trabajo para este tipo de acontecimientos.

Just comfortable, clean everywhere inside, and out. From the pool and rooms. Expectional breakfast and staff are very pleasant and attentive.

The bathroom was a little tight, and the shower head wasn't that great, but I loved the shampoo and body wash dispensers that were provided in the shower.

The nicest & most attentive staff of any hotel we've ever stayed at. The rooms are clean & comfortable, the breakfast has just the right options, the pool is very well maintained, the meet & greet offers snacks & a couple of drinks when you're ready to unwind, the shuttle service is an added bonus & the drivers are super nice...
I could go on. But I'll finish by saying that Pear Tree Inn is well managed & well staffed by really good people.

BREAKFAST: MARIA greeted everyone with a smile.
Maria has excellent people skills,as you need them, to make sure the guest will come back to the Pear Tree Inn San Antonio Airport.
Maria did go out of her way my first morning at the hotel. With the time dif. for me, breakfast had just ended. Without asking she went and made me a pancake I was very grateful as she was doing this with kindness.
You hardly find employees as good and caring as this lady.
ROOM & BED: Better than the pictures online, large 1 bedroom with a super nice comfortable king size bed.

It was a good breakfast. I needed an alternative milk such as oat milk.
I picked this location because it was close to the airport but it made it noisy. Being located near the elevator made it noisy too. It also offered shuttle transportation to the airport.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, a great little breakfast in the morning quiet room and a quiet room helped me achieve a fairy productive next day. Thank you for the hospitality
