The Bed and the bad quality bathroom/all room.

The location is great and close to the freeway. Walking distance to the restaurants and bars. 5 minutes from the Harbor and courts. I went for work so it was very convenient Good breakfast.

Pillows were not good

Front door is far from soundproof, and as the building is motel like, there will be sounds from outside. The pictures on the booking site are a bit misleading, it is a very small hotel

Perfectly located in downtown Palm Springs, this is a very charming hotel! Good shower, fast WIFI, nice pool & hottub, nice breakfast, huge bath, great poolbar. Absolutely recommended!

It’s a motel! not a hotel. Old, stinky and not worth it. when i wanted to cancel, they wouldn’t have give refund. simply avoid.

Staff was accommodating and we were allowed to park our car in their lot beyond check-out time which was very helpful.

The bathroom was small but had all that was needed. Shelves were so narrow that toiletries kept falling off. A towel rack would have been helpful.

convenient location, proximity to places we wanted to visit in the city, easy access to freeways. we started out on a bad note, but on the 2nd day, we ran into who appeared to be the woman in charge, and she addressed our issues promptly and satisfactorily. the “issues” are listed in the next section.

The check in clerk was polite but not welcoming or forthcoming with information. Then the room he gave us had an A/C unit that wasn’t cooling satisfactorily. with the excessive heat during our stay, this led to my wife being unable to sleep/rest at night. Found out later that the room we had had an older A/C unit that was not cooling as needed. This actually led me to look for alternate accommodations for the remainder of our stay in SD. However, the Wi-Fi/internet connection was terrible throughout our stay, another big negative for us. This pretty much kept me from finding a new place to stay. Then there was the roaches in the bathroom, albeit small ones. Not what you want to see in a hotel room. Ultimately they allowed us to move to a room with better A/C and that overall was a big positive. Would we stay here again? All things considered, probably not.
