Everything. Staff is rude and unpleasant. Facilities are trashy. We didn't even end up staying due to the environment but was charged full price. It's been almost a month with no refund. Staff there tried to tell booking they "gave us a refund directly," which was a lie. This was easily verified by the messages on the booking app between me and the property. We were checked in AFTER WE TOLD THEM WE WAS NOT STAYING and charged the whole over $200 instead of the $68 cancelation fee. When talking to the property on the booking app, you will learn how unpleasant and unprofessional they really are. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend.

Dirty and no hot water

the room was mostly clean, but there was no toilet paper or toilet paper holder, there was old food in the fridge and live roaches in the microwave. there were also cigarette butts all over the property including the elevator and a pervasive cigarette smell in the room.

It was close to areas I wanted to go.

That I should of received my security deposit back. I did not smoke, have pets, or left the room in an inappropriate manner.

DIRTY . filthy. they cancelled my reservation and the front desk lady was beyond rude and racist. never be back ever .

I had a reservation booked for Feb 16th to 18th and I even called that morning to confirm my booking when I got there they said they do not have any rooms and my room is canceled. How can they cancel my room when I prepaid a month ago. This motel is the worst experience I had. I for sure will not book this property again.

it was extremely dirty. mattress had mold, there were cockroaches and other bugs ALL over the room!!! (I still have photos saved)

The room was dirty, the heat didn't work, there were no towels, and plus they had roaches.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom which was very uncomfortable. They haven't provided any remote control for the television.

Cleanliness and small insects in bathroom and from sink. Smell in a room different.

I didn't like the roaches crawling around, I didn't like the dope fiends arguing over dope in the hallways all hours of the night, I didn't like the fact that they sold my double room and had to split up my family into 2 different rooms not even close to each other, on first day I had to constantly track down a security officer to let me in my room whenever I left the room due to them giving me a room that the key fob was broke on and had to use a hard key but wouldn't give me one to my own room, I asked for a refund on the first day and was told it wasn't possible so I was stuck staying at a roach/drug infested hotel, this was the absolute worse stay ever I hope that all the booking agencies take them off of their list of places to stay cause all they are doing is setting up their clients for failure
