The pool. The rooms and beds were comfortable
For an expensive hotel, the design was of an ordinary standard. No upper level bar or restaurant.

The hotel is very clean and staff are good
It has zero ambiance. It’s just a corporate hotel, nothing like other four seasons. Pool area isn’t great, cold water

I recently stayed at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downton and had a pleasant experience. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a satisfying stay and I would consider staying there again in the future.

I have been to a lot of four seasons and by far this is the worst in terms of service and staff attitude , went there for my bday and was a very bad experience

My watch was stolen in the room it was locked in my bag, and after one week of my check out the investigation report shows they didn’t find it unfortunately.

No concierge and therefore very little help provided by front desk despite their friendliness.
Good breakfast but very slow service and a bit expensive even for a 5 stars.
