City Views: The views of the Dimond reef from the hotel are spectacular. Friendly Staff: The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, enhancing the overall experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel! We didn't spend a fortune for a nice big room with a nice bathroom too. Location in the heart of the Financial District is just perfect and a step away from Battery Park where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. It's also very well connected both with Brooklyn and the rest of Manhattan and the neighborhood is much less busy than central Manhattan. We could also grab free coffee in the lobby every morning, which was great.

If you're looking for a special experience, this is not it. It's standard and anonymous, but for us it was fine.

The lobby could use an update. The same staff person couldn’t find my deliveries that had been sent to the hotel. Later that day everything was in the reception. If the staff member would have been more thorough they would’ve found out where the deliveries were. We ran out of toilet paper on day 3 as it wasn’t replaced and there were no extras in the bathroom. Only minor things that sometimes make the difference.

Super Team an der Rezeption, besonders Nakita und Victor, aber auch Laura, Imra und an - neben anderen. sehr kinderfreundlich! Wir kamen nie an der Rezeption vorbei, ohne dass unsere Tochter an die Hand genommen wurde und sich was aussuche durfte. der Haustechniker hat unsere Karre repariert, die kaputt aus dem Flieger kam. und die Lage ist ideal, direkt an der 1, 4, 5, 6, R und W - keine drei Minuten Fußweg und der Staten Island Ferry, mit Spielplatz im Battery Park ...

La habitación era cómoda, grande, todos los días limpiaron el cuarto, la ubicación fue buena porque a pesar de no estar en el centro, se encontraba dentro de Manhattan y teníamos varias estaciones de tren muy cerca.

A veces esta zona era la última estación en algunos en algunas líneas del tren y por la noche estaba un poco oscura y solitaria la estación, así como también los alrededores. Pese a ello, no tuvimos ningún problema de seguridad durante el viaje, todo estuvo bien.

Took between 7-10 minutes for hot water to start in the shower. Also, wheelchair accessible design in bathroom is very poorly designed, with shower water leaking all over the bathroom. Room also didn't have a remote control (but got resolved after I called downstairs)

Great location, close to many attractions in Manhattan. Customer service was on par with my expectations. Rooms were fantastic and comfortable for my family.

Location is really close to the battery park subway station and to the entry point of ferry towards statue of liberty. The staff were really nice.

There was maintenance work going on right outside the hotel. In Uber as well the location was not shown. The corridors connecting the rooms are a bit cramped.

Hotel and room was clean and staff was friendly.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. The pantry was clutch to have onsite. The on-site restaurant staff were very kind and helpful as well. Being able to obtain bottled water from front desk upon request was an added bonus. There are several bars/local eateries and a Walgreen's within walking distance. The room refresh was quick and timely without too many reminders.

The location is away from all the action of NYC which could be a plus or minus depending on your needs. Nothing near by but Staten Island Ferry. I don't think housekeeping ever cleaned the shower/tub my entire stay. It was noticeably dirty. The shower head has pink mold (which denotes not regularly cleaned), the shower curtain could use a swap as well. Probably the most frustrating thing is the sinks and showers drain extremely slow. By the time you let the water warm for a couple of minutes you will enjoy your shower standing in a foot of water. It takes at least 20 mins to drain, so there is no such thing as a quick shower.

The hotel is in an excellent location. A few minutes walk from various subway lines and ferries to Staten Island. Also minutes from both Wall Street and Ground Zero. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free coffee is available every morning in the lobby. Around the hotel there are many places to eat and have breakfast. The room is a decent size, great cleanliness. The change of towels and cleaning is on request, it is carried out without problems, as well as any requests for amenities. Good value for money, considering the location. Truly a great reference point to stay in New York (Manhattan). Highly recommended!!!

Boa localização na parte baixa da cidade downtown e longe da confusão do centro ex Times Square tem restaurantes cafeterias perto. Tem todas as comodidades e um bom duche ;)

As paredes do quarto são muito finas e ouve-se praticamente tudo, porem o hospede do lado era respeituoso assim como eu, e não foi um problema

Das Hilton Garden Inn Zeichnet sich durch seine tolle Lage im Financial District an der Südspitze Manhattans aus, direkt am Terminal der Fähre nach Staten Island. Das Zimmer war klein, aber das ist in New York ja üblich und völlig ausreichend für die paar Tage in New York. Auch die Metrostation liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe, man ist also sehr gut angebunden. prima ist auch, dass man sich morgens an der Rezeption einen kostenlosen Kaffee oder Tee aufs Zimmer holen kann.

Die Betten sind sehr schmal und nur mit einer Decke, aber das entspricht lokalen Gepflogenheiten.

I liked the welcoming we got from the staff, especially Martin. He was willing to help and very informative. The breakfast was good., coffee in the lobby was a plus. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the view of the city was just amazing!!!

Comfy beds, our request for a quiet room was met, breakfast, nice area to stay.

Shower has bad water pressure. No hooks for coats available in the room and it was a problem on a rainy day. The hotel has a housekeeping issue: common areas are dirty, there is no daily room cleaning - we only found it out after coming into the unserviced room one afternoon, one day we didn't get any towels at all and had to call three times until someone brought them. USB-socket and the spotlight didn't work.

Lage für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Zimmerausstattung für Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. Frühstücksraum/Frühstück gut und abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder.
