Could of used more variety on breakfast, but overall was great

Nice clean room. Plenty of pillows which we like. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Coffee at breakfast was terrible. Very weak.

Stay here often, but never again

The first night, it was the usual stay...its a pretty 9kay little place they got here. Everyone was accommodating and very hospitable. The second night, not so much. We had two double beds. The first night, we slept fine in the bed furthest from the door. We were exhausted and didn't even turn the TV on. We were moved to this room because the AC didn't work in the King room we were put in the first night. We had our big dog (chihuahua) we paid extra for, so the only available pet room left was 2 doubles...no biggie...it happens. We went to go lay down in the bed closest to TV and watch on the 2nd evening. When we pulled the covers down, there were crumbs clearly visible. It's gross... but I just wanted to chill, and we talked a little smack to each other, I called the front desk to ask for more sheets... Didn't give a reason why, I was just gonna make it myself and relax. I took everything off the bed. The younger woman came to the door and I went to hand her the dirty linens. She told me I'd have to keep them in my room. I thought she was kinda kidding at first and gave a nervous laugh. As she went to walk away, I realized she was dead serious. As polite as possible for the words axtually coming put off my mouth, told her I didn't really want dirty sheets in my room. She proceeded to tell me laundry was closed and I had to. Next, I placed them by the door in the hallway and said that I'd just leave them there kinda timid like. She looked at me and said these exact words: "Well, you can just carry them to the front desk before you can check out in the morning.". I was caught way off guard. I'm usually pretty chill about stuff, but that was a bit much for my taste. I also had $5 in my hand to tip this chic when I originally opened the door...went right back in my pocket. I called the front desk after discussing it over with the Hubs.

Value of room. Bed was comfy

Ice machine didn’t work. Bathroom too small

Zach at front desk was exceptional.. Room was quiet. A/C worked well. Water pressure good a d enough hot water with temp staying even.

bathroom bad, shower curtain wouldn't stay closed so floor flooded. Items found on floor so felt room not cleaned correctly. Beds and pillows way too hard. Pet friendly rooms seem much dirtier than others but couldn't use the room we reserved due to having a dog.

Minimal at best

Room requested close to lobby as I am disabled , 1st room located @ back of building . rejected, pubic hairs in bed and bathroom, room not clean ,disgusting, neither bed lights worked, We moved to 2nd room ,( even further away, but reasonably clean. ) They do 1 bath towel and 1 3/4 length towel. WTF! I SWAPPED THE FULL SIZE TOWEL FROM THE 1st room to have 2 adult towels. The morning breakfast attendant was very pleasant and although no hot breakfast was available it was ok for something…better than nothing..Surprisingly not even waffles which are available almost everywhere .. my rating 1–2 . Nothing more. Just a pit stop. . Normally only one of my 150 nights on the road working…This was with spouse …President of my company… to sign corporate agreements … yikes I never would have noticed most of this toilet….

Staff was Amazing!

They truly thought about the convenience of ones with dogs.
