Breakfast was good. Staff were great, very helpful. Location great. Close to Shopping, restaurants, and University.
Just the layout of the breakfast area. There didn't seem to have a good flow like other Hampton Inn and Suites that I have stayed at.

They move cleaning carts very early along the hall, making so much noise.

But at the end I payed everything by cash and till today indigent get my refund in my card for the same payments they charged in my card !

0 conditioner in the shower, hair dryer filter clogged with dust and lint. Would have liked a bathtub in our room.

access to mall, high way , restaurants. love the shower with three heads of water. great bed and plenty of counter top space to put my stuff.
Main window curtains didn't close all the way. i went to bed at 8pm. I worked it out.

The spa shower feature our room had was amazing. Nice pool and workout area. Great location!

Breakfast was satisfactory; plenty of options.
There are real problems with the hot water--was only warm most of the time. Also the pillows are way too soft, and I wondered if I might have had an allergic reaction to them. I have most liked staying at hotels that had several pillows on the bed and offered options of type of pillow.

clean, good breakfast, staff so helpful - rooms are huge. we needed to change our room night before and they updated it for us with ease.
