It’s clean and modern.

The staff and location, the room was mostly clean
Our shower didn’t seem clean and it seemed to have mold near the shower faucet or something black

Beds were comfortable, room was a good size, shower was excellent, lots of clean towels, mini fridge useful, reception and bar area is great!
The need to ask for housekeeping- housekeeping should happen automatically as some of us forget to ask for it until the afternoon and it was too late at that point. A kettle in the room would be very helpful.

we arrived with all our bags and nobody offered a cart to hep with our luggage (4 kids). then put bathroom toilet was broken and could not fix it. Our kids were already asleep in bed, and they offered another room, but couldn’t wake everyone. since our rooms were
was joined i asked if I could just get a discount instead of waking my kids and moving all of them. They said no since they offered another room. not helpful. poor customer service.
