The door handle was loose and the ac unit made a clunking sound when shutting off.

I loved that is was close to pool, restaurants and beach.

I needed to have gotten 2 bed rm instead of 1 cause the room was way too small. Loved the big shower but didn’t on the small bathroom itself. Plus I couldn’t do stairs cause of my ankle. I use cane to be able to walk

Location was great, right in the center of town. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

The room was small, no couch to sit on or table to eat on. There was no ventilation in the bathrooms.

Loved the customer service! We left due to an emergency the first night and turned in our keys. We called the next day to see if we are able to come back and were allowed with no extra charge! Loved that this place was pet friendly. LaLa was amazing at the front desk. Another man assisted us and could not be any more friendly. I would stay here again!

The water would change from cold to steaming hot back to cold. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience and was able to manage it.

Nothing, it was a nice older place

Room was mostly clean. The AC unit allowed sand to filter through it around the window where it was installed allowing sand to pile up on the counter. Had to clean it daily. Breakfast items were good. No complaints about them.

Sand building up on the counter. The refrigerator was frozen up. Had to defrost it to get it to working.

We loved the area, the decorations and the cleanliness of the area, room and hotel. The bed was a little soft for me but everything else was perfect!
