The food were good enough and a lot.The service and the staff in the bar/pool was amazing.The location very good.

The staff in the reception was very bad.The parking is about a Km from the hotel and the transportation fron the hotel to the parking and from the parking to the hotel was terrible bad !!! Just one car that can take only 4 people at once ,so sonetimes you have to wait a 30 minutes for the transportstion !!! The water in the shower came out to all the floor of the bathroom.There is no enough soap.The safe box was without battery.The turn to the restaurant was ridicolous, and you have to wait 15-30 minutes to enter the restaurant.

Very good price/quality ratio. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the beach. Cleanliness is maintained to a high standard. The rooms are spacious and renovated. No insects, no mould in the room, no outdated furniture or unpleasant smell. Very tasty and diversified food, without any exaggeration. Free parking. We will definitely come back.

The water in the pool was extremely cold, I would have liked it if it had been heated a bit. We had to wait approx 5-10 minutes in the queue to enter the restaurant for dinner.

1st, autopark is a big trouble. there is a limited car parking space inside the hotel, and no one knows that who and what they decide which car will park inside the hotel. Maybe value of cars talk or only European plate number cars. 2nd, when I have seen people who are in lobby in long queue every morning for free sunbed and umbrella I am shocked people wait like 45 mins, then hotel says, sorry free entrance cards unfortunately finished for beach. It's really like a joke. I paid Hotel like 1500 eur for 4 nights, and paid every day for beach entrance as well. Foods quality not acceptable Mexican night, foods are not Mexican Turkish night foods are not Turkish I feel so sorry about all people who prefer this hotel for vacation including us.

First everything was great, Slavej at the recepcion, the Restaurant, food, the Chinese and Italian Restaurant and ofcourse the Bars outside with Trifun Iliana , Stefan, Rostislav ,,,, location great

Everything! Exactly like in the pictures, clean and nice. The food was plenty and good. The room was nice and was cleaned everyday. What I liked the most, was the amiability of the staff. All of them had impeccable comportment. Very friendly, professional and always smiling.

Not having enough sunbeds for all the rooms, moreover, allowing people to get 'tickets' for the sunbeds for multiple rooms by bringing the key cards, instead of needing a person per room to arrive for the ticket.

Location is just perfect - in front of the beach, 10 min walk to Sunny Beach main strip. Hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable (we stayed at Side Sea View, renovated one). Food is excellent if you compare value for money - very good choice and meals are really tasty. It was also nice to have 24/7 bar.

Better to forget about free sunbeds on the beach - hotel really have a very few of coupons for guests and they are running out at 8am. Do not rush and fight for it, price on the beach is quite fair - 14 EUR for two sunbeds and umbrella. Main restaurant doesn't have an outdoor seating. Do not expect high quality alcohol drinks for a price you pay. Also, staff could smile a bit more :)

Poppin’ Beautiful “lab style” cafe, but product is (to be honest and polite) mid. Victoria Great place to stay! + Location - hotel right next to the sea and the heart of Sunny Beach! + All-inclusive - all-inclusive it is, everything promised was there: pool, gym, restaurant, snack bar, pastry place and 3 bars, possibility to visit a-la-carte restaurants if you stay for 5 nights and more! + Food and drinks - very good quality of food and drinks, didn’t have any problem with it. Lots of options to choose from. Sometimes food can be repititive but it did not bother us that much because they were tasty. + Rooms - rooms are very clean and everything you need is there. Cleaning and towel change everyday. We had a slight issue (pot was not working), but 20 minutes after we mentioned that it was already fixed. + Stuff - very friendly and hardworking people: animation team keeps kids and grown-ups entertained, cleaning works very quickly, reception replies to all questions, bartenders and waiters are like race drivers (doing their job fast and good). +Price - For price/performance, in our opinion it was really good. We payed very good amount of money for 5 stars, however the reasoning of it might be the date we got it. As we mentioned, we got this for first week of june, so season just opened. However, still we were super happy about it. Overall, our vacation was great, we enjoyed and loved it so much. Thank you, Grand Victoria Hotel, we will definitely see each other again!

⁃ Wi-fi - connection was a bit weak, if you don’t have mobile internet it can bother you. ⁃ Lines - we visited hotel in the first part June, so it started to get crowded only in hour last days of stay. To get a sun bed you need to stand in a line at 7/8 am everyday, which is not very comfortable, but we honestly were good with it because there is a free beach area where you can bring your stuff (towels) and still have a good time. Don’t know how canteen can fit all people during the hot season, but hotel is trying as much as possible. Overall, our vacation was great, we enjoyed and loved it so much.
