I really like the location and confort

There was a slight complication with the room key, but it was solved quickly

Location and view are great.

There was a problem with the AC and a flooding on the laundry room. Too expensive for the size as well.

Great view of the ocean & sunset! There was an offer to fix the shower head but I declined because we were only there for 2 nights.. That was respected. All-in-all a good experience. This is my 3rd time at this condo complex but not my last. Stayed twice in a 3 bedroom and this time in a 2 bedroom.

There was something in the pool that made our skin itchy. The unit was not the one described, it was on the 2nd floor with no access to the rooftop terrace as advertised. The light outside the apartment did not work and the shower head in the bathroom (not the en-suite) was broken but I did report that. There was no kettle, however, I did not report this. I boiled water in a pan on the stovetop. Had we stayed longer I would have requested a kettle.

The condo was very big and nicely decorated, it didn't have ocean view.

I requested an Ocean View and was given pool view; we were so tired when we arrived that it wasn't something i wanted to deal with. However, if my reservations were for ocean view, then that's what i should of been given. Additionally, there was NO duck ac vents in master bedroom; therefore, we had to keep the ac on high in the rest of the condo in order to properly cool the master bedroom. With the cost of electricity so high in Costa Rica, this is something that needs to be fixed. Additonally, the ice maker wasn't working
